Eating while watching TV is a habit that can cause you to eat much more food than you would otherwise! This could turn into an uncomfortable, and unhealthy situation for weight loss surgery patients!

*If you find yourself distracted by t.v. while eating you are not alone.

*Studies show that if you take smaller bites, irrelevant of your distractions, you may eat 30% less.

*Those who take smaller bites are more likely to think they ate more than those who took larger bites.

*Taking small bites can also help you notice your fullness while you still have food left. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to register feelings of fullness.

*Take small bites, slow down, feel satisfied on less and slim down!
