Holiday Pumpkin Truffles

We love this yummy dessert recipe because it is so easy, fun and a healthy option for your bariatric lifestyle! Enjoy in confidence!

1 16oz Canned Pumpkin
1 TBS Pumpkin spice
1 TBS Cinnamon powder
1 Cup raw cacao powder

*Season pumpkin puree with spices and carefully roll 1 TBS into a ball between your hands.
*Next roll your pumpkin ball in the cacao powder to evenly coat. Lay on sheet and place into refrigerator until you serve. Consider serving 3 each on a small dessert dish. Enjoy!
