Homemade Guacamole

We love homemade “guac” because it is rich in heart healthy fats and vitamins A, C, E, and K and when paired with cucumber “rounds” instead of oily chips it makes a delicious bariatric friendly snack!

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 Tbsp chipotle peppers, finely diced
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
